60-minute Organizational Development and Leadership Coaching Session

Dawn's Organizational Development and Leadership coaching focuses on early organizational development Success Indicators. These could include strategic planning tools and implementation, operational systems, management, strategic partnerships, grant resource development, and more. Dawn's Instructional Course Development experience includes over 10 years of teaching and learning and 7 years in educational administration. Coaching sessions may include instructional practices and course development. All coaching is provided through Zoom, usually with one person or a small team (2-3 individuals meeting together). Coaching sessions are scheduled through an online booking platform.
